Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days (depending on your location)

  • Express Shipping (if applicable): 1–3 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary during sales, holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: ₹49 (Free for orders above ₹999)

  • Express Shipping: ₹99 (where available)

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can use this link to track your package in real-time.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order is delayed or hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check the tracking information.

  2. Contact the courier with the tracking number.

 Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Missed deliveries due to unavailability

  • Orders marked as delivered but not received

Return to Sender / Failed Delivery

If an order is returned to us due to delivery failure (incorrect address, unavailability, etc.), we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
